Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, strike line 13 in its entirety and insert in

lieu thereof "PROGRAM IN SAN JUAN COUNTY."

2. On page 1, lines 16 and 17, strike "Two hundred forty

thousand dollars ($240,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "One hundred forty thousand dollars ($140,000)."

3. On page 1, line 21, after "operate" insert "an".

4. On page 1, strike line 22 through the period and insert in

lieu thereof "program in San Juan county.",

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
