has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 17, strike "and", strike line 18 and insert in lieu thereof:

"(3) seventy-five percent from July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2002; and

(4) one hundred percent after July 1, 2002.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
