SENATE BILL 409, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 23, lines 11 and 12, strike "only provide direct disposition of a dead human body as quickly as possible" and insert in lieu thereof "transport and dispose of a dead human body and participate in any rites or ceremonies after final disposition of the body".
