AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR STAFF, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE FOURTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT ATTORNEY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred nine thousand one hundred dollars ($309,100) is appropriated from the general fund to the fourth judicial district attorney for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of adding staff and obtaining supplies and equipment. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
