1. On page 1, line 12, after ""RECEIVED"" insert "AND".

2. On page 1, line 13, strike the semicolon, insert a period and strike lines 14 through 16.

3. On page 12, line 3, strike "July" and insert in lieu thereof "August".

4. On page 12, line 10 through page 21, line 11, strike Sections 4, 5, 6 and 7.

5. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
