AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO CONTRACT TO PROVIDE SELF-SUFFICIENT LIVING TRAINING AND SERVICES FOR VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES IN GALLUP AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 to contract to provide self-sufficient living training and services for veterans and their families in Gallup in McKinley county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
