has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 11, strike "PUBLIC" and insert in lieu thereof "COUNTY".

2. On page 1, line 12, strike "REGULATION COMMISSION".

3. On page 5, line 20, strike "public regulation commission" and all of lines 21 and 22 and insert in lieu thereof "board of county commissioners of the county in which the facilities to be condemned are located.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
