Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL 731

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 12, line 24, strike "who" and strike all of line 25 and on page 13, line 1, strike "1998" and insert in lieu thereof "whose service ended before July 1, 2000".

2. On page 13, line 11, after "to" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 12 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "July 1, 2000".
