1. On page 7, lines 16 and 17, strike "or upon receiving a graduate equivalent diploma".

2. On page 7, line 20, before the period insert:

"or to full- or part-time resident students who have received a graduate equivalent diploma who are accepted for entrance to and attend a two-year public post-secondary educational institution".
