FOR SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN THE WESTERN MEADOWS NEIGHBORHOOD IN THE NORTH VALLEY OF ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

seven million dollars ($7,000,000) to install and construct the sewer project in the Western Meadows neighborhood, area "D" in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
