FOR RENOVATION AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE OLD ARMORY FOR A NEW MULTIPURPOSE RECREATIONAL FACILITY IN BELEN IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to renovate and make improvements to the old armory for a new multipurpose recreational facility in Belen in Valencia county.
