FOR A TANKER TRUCK FOR RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to acquire a tanker truck for Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
