FOR A NEW FACILITY AT THE JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN

BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the children, youth and families department

nine hundred fifty thousand dollars ($950,000) to design and build a mental health detoxification and medical treatment facility at the juvenile detention center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
