FOR RENOVATING FACILITIES TO COMPLY WITH THE AMERICANS WITH

DISABILITIES ACT OF 1990 FOR THE CITY OF LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) to renovate facilities to comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 for the city of Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
