44TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 1999

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CITY OF MORIARTY IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design and construct phase I improvements of the Main street drainage project in Moriarty in Torrance county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design, engineer and construct improvements and additions to the administration and civic center complex in Moriarty in Torrance county.
