FOR UPGRADING THE PAN AMERICAN CENTER AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY

IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to repave roads and upgrade the exterior at the Pan American center at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
