FOR CHANGING THE AGENCY OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR

SIPHONS FOR ACEQUIAS NEAR HERNANDEZ IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

The severance tax bond proceeds appropriated to the office of the state engineer pursuant to Subsection A of Section 7 of Chapter 7 of Laws 1998 for the purpose of designing, constructing, purchasing or installing siphons for acequias near Hernandez in Rio Arriba county is appropriated to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for the same purpose.
