FOR HAGERMAN RECREATION COMPLEX IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and construct phase I of the Hagerman recreation complex in Chaves county.
