FOR ARCHITECTURAL STUDIES OF DISTRICT COURT FACILITIES TO DEVELOP PLANS FOR NEW OR RENOVATED FACILITIES STATEWIDE.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the eleventh judicial district court

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to prepare an architectural study of the district court facilities in San Juan and McKinley counties and develop plans for new or renovated facilities;

to the twelfth judicial district court

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to prepare an architectural study of the district court facility in Otero county and develop plans for a new or renovated facility;

to the thirteenth judicial district court

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to prepare an architectural study of the district court facilities in Valencia and Sandoval counties and develop plans for new or renovated facilities;

to the fourth judicial district court

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to prepare an architectural study of the district court facility in San Miguel county and develop plans for a new or renovated facility;

to the sixth judicial district court

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to prepare an architectural study of the district court facility in Grant county and develop plans for a new or renovated facility;

to the seventh judicial district court

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to prepare an architectural study of the district court facilities in Sierra, Socorro and Torrance counties and develop plans for new or renovated facilities;

to the eighth judicial district court

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to prepare an architectural study of the district court facility in Taos county and develop plans for a new or renovated facility; and

to the first judicial district court

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to prepare an architectural study of the district court facility in Santa Fe county and develop plans for a new or renovated facility.
