FOR PREPARING LAND AND GROUNDS FOR A NEW HIGH SCHOOL AND

REHABILITATING THE OLD HIGH SCHOOL IN HATCH IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to abate asbestos from the old high school, remove old buildings and prepare land and grounds for a new high school in Hatch in Dona Ana county.
