REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN THE CITY OF ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design and construct a new water well and storage tank and associated equipment, structures and transmission lines in the city of Espanola in Rio Arriba county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred ninety-five thousand dollars ($195,000) for land acquisition on which to construct a youth center in the city of Espanola in Rio Arriba county;

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and prepare the site for the public library and colonization center in the city of Espanola in Rio Arriba county; and

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to design, construct and furnish an adult daycare center in the city of Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
