REQUESTED BY

FOR CONSTRUCTING A SOLID WASTE TRANSFER STATION NEAR ALCALDE IN RIO

ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to construct a solid waste transfer station near the community of Alcalde along state highway 68 to serve the city of Espanola and county residents in the southeastern portion of Rio Arriba county.
