REQUESTED BY

FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ROSELAWN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PLAYGROUND IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

two hundred twenty-eight thousand dollars ($228,000) for capital improvements to the Roselawn elementary school playground in Artesia in Eddy county.
