FOR PORTABLE BLEACHERS FOR THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND THE SCHOOL DISTRICT IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase portable bleachers to be used by the city of Carlsbad and the school district in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
