FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF THE PECOS RIVER VILLAGE CONFERENCE CENTER FACILITIES IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for interior and exterior capital improvements to the Pecos River Village conference center facilities in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
