FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC LIGHTS AT THE INTERSECTION OF UNION AVENUE AND STERN DRIVE IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

eighty-seven thousand eight hundred dollars ($87,800) to install traffic lights at the intersection of Union avenue and Stern drive in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
