FOR THE ROSWELL INDUSTRIAL AIR CENTER RUNWAY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the Roswell industrial air center runway improvements project in Roswell in Chaves county.
