REQUESTED BY

FOR CHANGING THE LOCATION OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR

THE VISTA GRANDE COMMUNITY CENTER IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

The severance tax bond proceeds appropriated to the local government division of the department

of finance and administration pursuant to Subsection DDDDDDD of Section 9 of Chapter 7 of Laws 1998

to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish an expansion to Los Vecinos community center in Bernalillo

county shall be expended for the original purpose for a visitors= center and community offices to be

located at the Vista Grande community center.
