REQUESTED BY

FOR EXPANDING THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION TO ALLOW A DETOXIFICATION CENTER TO BE BUILT NEAR THE DETENTION FACILITY IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

The severance tax bond proceeds appropriated to the local government division of the department of finance and administration pursuant to Subsection KKK of Section 9 of Chapter 7 of Laws 1998 to plan, design, construct or equip a detoxification center to be built near the detention facility complex in the city of Santa Fe in Santa Fe county may be expended to plan, design, construct or equip a detoxification center to be built near the detention facility in Santa Fe county.
