I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

eighty-three thousand nine hundred forty-one dollars ($83,941) for archaeological clearance survey services for powerline and domestic water line extensions in the Naschitti chapter in San Juan county.
