NAVAJO IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

thirteen thousand dollars ($13,000) to plan and design building improvements or construction of a new head start facility at Navajo in McKinley county.
