FOR A NEW MULTIPURPOSE FACILITY IN TOHATCHI IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred eighty thousand dollars ($180,000) to plan and design a new multipurpose facility for Tohatchi in McKinley county.
