FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE PUEBLO OF SAN JUAN IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

two hundred twenty thousand seven hundred thirty-six dollars ($220,736) to make improvements to, equip and repair, including the purchase of school buses and computers, the head start program at the pueblo of San Juan in Rio Arriba county;

one hundred fifty-six thousand three hundred dollars ($156,300) to renovate, equip, purchase and install computers and related technology and purchase a van for the youth program center at the pueblo of San Juan in Rio Arriba county;

seventy-five thousand nine hundred dollars ($75,900) to repair and renovate the commons building of the Ohkay Owingeh community school at the pueblo of San Juan in Rio Arriba county;

six thousand dollars ($6,000) to equip the Ohkay Owingeh community school food services program by purchasing and installing a dishwashing machine at the pueblo of San Juan in Rio Arriba county; and

one hundred ninety thousand five hundred dollars ($190,500) to plan, design and construct phase I of the recreational facilities at the pueblo of San Juan in Rio Arriba county.
