FOR PURCHASING LAND TO ASSURE AN AREA FOR WASTEWATER DISPOSAL IN THE CITY OF LOVINGTON IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to purchase and repair the eight hundred twenty-eight acre Caswell farm to assure an area for disposal of wastewater from the treatment plant in the city of Lovington in Lea county.
