REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN TULAROSA IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) to improve the water filter plant in Tularosa in Otero county;

• to the state highway and transportation department

ninety-seven thousand one hundred seventy dollars ($97,170) for improvements to Bosque street in Tularosa in Otero county; and

one hundred eighty-seven thousand seven hundred dollars ($187,700) for improvements to Bookout in Tularosa in Otero county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred ninety-nine thousand seven hundred twenty dollars ($499,720) for a multipurpose recreation building in Tularosa in Otero county; and

four hundred eighty thousand dollars ($480,000) to rehabilitate or construct a police department facility in Tularosa in Otero county.
