REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL SCHOOLS IN EDDY

COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state department of public education

five hundred forty thousand dollars ($540,000) to construct tracks at Alta Vista middle school in Carlsbad in Eddy county; and

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to construct a greenhouse for the science program at Carlsbad high school in Eddy county.
