FOR BELEN MULTIPURPOSE RECREATIONAL PARK IMPROVEMENTS IN BELEN IN

VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million eight hundred thousand dollars ($1,800,000) to complete improvements to the Belen multipurpose recreational park in Valencia county.
