FOR PURCHASING PROPERTY, A STRUCTURE AND TWO VACANT LOTS FOR PROFESSIONAL OFFICES AND PARKING IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to purchase property, a structure and two vacant lots located at 423 Iron avenue SW, to be renovated for professional office space and off-street parking, in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
