REQUESTED BY

FOR RENOVATIONS AT THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

two million six hundred seventy thousand dollars ($2,670,000) to renovate the administration building at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county.
