FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO WELL FIELD ROAD IN SUNLAND PARK IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

five hundred eighty thousand eight hundred dollars ($580,800) to surface and improve, including curbs and gutters, Well Field road in Sunland Park in Dona Ana county.
