UNIVERSITY RUIDOSO BRANCH IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to repair the roof at the instructional center at eastern New Mexico university Ruidoso branch in Lincoln county.
