FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE HISPANIC CULTURAL CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN

BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of cultural affairs

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) for phase II construction of the Hispanic cultural center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
