FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN MOUNTAINAIR IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to replace the sewer system in Mountainair in Torrance county.

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to replace maintenance equipment and police vehicles in Mountainair in Torrance county.
