REQUESTED BY

FOR A BUILDING FOR THE FIRST CARE FAMILY HEALTH CENTER'S DENTAL AND EYE

CARE IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two million dollars ($2,000,000) to plan, design and construct a building for the first care family health center's dental and eye care in Artesia in Eddy county.
