FOR EXPANSION OF THE BALLOON FIESTA PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO

COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to design and construct a balloon launch field and multipurpose sports field for the balloon fiesta park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
