FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE HISTORIC TULAROSA HIGH SCHOOL BUILDING IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of cultural affairs

four hundred thirteen thousand dollars ($413,000) to plan, design, construct, renovate and equip the historic Tularosa high school building for various community cultural and educational purposes in Tularosa in Otero county.
