WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for the completion of phase I improvements to the El Valle de los Ranchos water and sanitation district in Taos county.
