FOR A BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT FOR CHILD-CARE SERVICES IN TIERRA AMARILLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase a building and equipment to provide licensed child-care services in Tierra Amarilla in Rio Arriba county.
