FOR PLANNING AND DESIGNING FOR HEAD START FACILITIES IMPROVEMENT OR

CONSTRUCTION IN SAN JUAN AND MCKINLEY COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

thirty-nine thousand dollars ($39,000) to plan and design for building improvement or construction of head start facilities in Coalmine, Crystal and Mexican Springs in San Juan and McKinley counties.
