REQUESTED BY

FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE COMMUNITY HEALTH REPRESENTATIVE PROGRAM

BUILDING AT THE PUEBLO OF TESUQUE IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

thirteen thousand three hundred dollars ($13,300) to continue construction to the community health representative program building at the pueblo of Tesuque in Santa Fe county.
